Additionally, the center provides:
• "BoneGuard" Mini-Program for medication reminders and rehabilitation guidance,
• Seamless referral channels with community hospitals, ensuring data interoperability.
Public benefit initiatives include:
• Free bone density screenings for seniors aged 65+,
• Post-surgery fall-prevention kits.
By adopting the Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) model, the center has reduced the 1-year secondary fracture rate to 5.8%, delivering comprehensive care for elderly fracture patients.
