This is a multidisciplinary collaborative work between medical, orthopedic, rehabilitation, emergency medicine, anaesthesia and radiology to improve on the identification of patients with fragility fractures. The patients will undergo comprehensive assessment and management of their osteoporosis and falls risk reduction and with the aim to prevent future falls and fractures.
