Meir Medical Center

Meir medical center Fracture Liaison service has been running since 2013 , serves a population of about 1 million people from the central part of Israel. Led by the Lead clinician Dr. Pnina Rotman-Pikielny the FLS handles predominantly hip fractures. The service runs thank to a good co-operation with orthopedic and rehabilitation departments that refer regularly patients with hip fractures to the FLS  for an osteoporotic evaluation and treatment.
