The Department of Orthopedics of Chengdu Sixth People's Hospital was established in 1993. Currently, the department has professional orthopedic treatment teams in three campuses. At present, the Jinniu Campus of Chengdu Sixth People's Hospital is a Grade III Class A orthopedic specialty department. In cooperation with multidisciplinary teams such as the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology, and Department of Critical Care Medicine of our hospital, adhering to the most advanced concept of rapid orthopedic rehabilitation, it has established a painless orthopedic ward and a rapid orthopedic rehabilitation ward. Upholding the concept of "safety, minimally invasive, painless, and rapid rehabilitation", it wholeheartedly serves the vast number of patients.The department team of the Jinniu Campus currently has more than 20 medical staff. With strong technical strength, it is a medical and nursing team with rich clinical experience, exquisite technology, and unity and harmony. At present, the department has carried out MDT (multidisciplinary team) collaborative treatment for osteoporosis, as well as treatment of sports injury diseases and obesity through exercise prescriptions.
