Shanghai East Hospital

Shanghai East Hospital (East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University) was founded in 1920, and now has two hospitals, Lujiazui (North Hospital) and World Expo Park (South Hospital), with 1,800 approved beds, 61 clinical and medical technology departments, and 21 approved national and Shanghai municipal key disciplines and R&D platforms. The hospital has 103 doctoral supervisors, 185 master supervisors, 105 national high-level talents such as academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changjiang Scholars, winners of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, and New century Outstanding talents of the Ministry of Education.
