Our hospital is a tertiary hospital located in Madrid (Spain). Also our service is formed by four geriatricians where following all hip fractures in patients older than 80 years and other types of fractures, for example: pelvic fractures, periprothetic fracture, diaphyseal fractures.... admitted in Traumatology Surgery service from January 2021. 

We have a datebase with our baseline characteristics included geriatric assesment baseline (functional, cognitiva,and social), type of surgery, ASA, complications,location and functional status at discharge and osteoporotic and nutritional management .
