since our center (Rheumatology & Rehabilitation department in Tanta University Hospital) joined BPF & FLS we worked hard to identify and treat patients with fragility fracture

our center efforts:

• Identification of patients with a recent fracture, diagnostic workup, treatment and followup
• participation in national and regional hubs for patients education about FLS and how to avoid fragility fractures
• participation in hubs for early scanning and diagnosis of osteoporosis
• participation in national program for development of FLS in Egypt in collaboration with the Egyptian Academy of Bone Health and Metabolic Disease
