大埔衛生所公共衛生中心通過結合骨折聯絡服務（FLS）原則的綜合服務，爲繼發性骨折預防做出貢獻。 主要服務包括:由本所辦理衛生教育宣導及骨鬆風險評估測試，確保有效降低骨折風險。如有需要進一步評估或專業治療的患者將協助轉介到大林慈濟醫院。這些綜合服務增強了社區意識，減少了骨質疏鬆症相關的骨折，並改善了整體骨骼健康結果。
The Public Health Center of Tai Po Health Institute contributes to the prevention of secondary fractures through comprehensive services incorporating the principles of Fracture Liaison Service (FLS). The main services include: health education promotion and osteoporosis risk assessment testing conducted by our clinic to ensure effective reduction of fracture risk. Patients who require further evaluation or professional treatment will be assisted in being referred to Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital. These comprehensive services increase community awareness, reduce osteoporosis-related fractures, and improve overall bone health outcomes.
