251 Hellenic Air Force General Hospital

This programme has been running at the 251 Hellenic Air Force & VA Athens General Hospital from the 1^st of May 2013. A nurse and a resident physician identify patients with low energy fractures (40-90 years old), mainly from the orthopedics and neurosurgery clinics and the emergency department. The patients are then referred to a physician specialized in osteoporosis.
